Returns or exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery.

• Paint defects (smudges, spots, or color transfer).
• Minor variations in parts or component placement.
• Surface scratches, dents, or slight asymmetry.
• Damage to the packaging capsule.
• Surface protrusions (Material residue)
• Support removal marks
• Change of mind.

• Parts or components detached from the main body during transit.
• Severe damage that prevents a part from maintaining its form. (Examples: desk, light, cat, magnet)
• Incorrect item delivered. (Misdelivery)
[How to Request]
Within 7 days of delivery, please contact us via Email (cualeunu@gmail.com) with the following information:
• Your name, order number, and product name.
• Mandatory photo or video evidence of the unboxing/product condition.
[Return Shipping & Fees]
• Cualeunu will cover all shipping costs if the product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect or transit damage.
• All returns must include all original components (product, capsule, and box) in their original condition.
• Domestic Orders (South Korea): We will arrange for our designated courier pick-up after approval.
• International Orders: Customers must ship the item back using a local postal service with a tracking number after our confirmation.
• Once the shipping process has started, cancellations are treated as returns, and round-trip shipping fees will apply.
