1. Introduction
All Cualeunu products are carefully packaged and dispatched directly from our studio in Yongin, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea. We are dedicated to providing secure and efficient shipping services to ensure your order arrives safely, whether you are located in South Korea or abroad.

2. Order Processing
Please allow 2 to 4 business days for us to prepare and package your order. Orders placed on weekends or South Korean national holidays will be processed starting the following business day.

3. Estimated Shipping & Carriers
We partner with reliable postal networks and domestic couriers to ensure secure delivery.

* Domestic Shipping: Domestic orders typically take 3 to 5 business days to deliver once shipped. (For Jeju Island and remote areas, please allow 4 to 6 business days due to maritime and air transport schedules.)

* International Shipping: International orders are shipped via Korea Post (K-Packet / EMS). Delivery generally takes 7 to 15 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country’s customs clearance process.

4. Duties, Taxes, and Customs Fees
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient (buyer). Please check your local customs guidelines before purchasing, as any packages returned due to unpaid duties will incur round-trip shipping fees charged to the buyer.
