[Return & Exchange Window] Exchanges and refunds are available within 7 days of receiving the product.

[Ineligible Reasons for Return/Exchange] Exchanges or refunds due to a simple change of mind are not available. Minor variations due to hand-crafting or unique printing processes are not considered defects. Please check the specific manufacturing characteristics of each product line for details on ineligible reasons.

[Eligible Reasons for Return/Exchange] Damaged items that cannot maintain their original shape due to transit or incorrect items delivered are eligible for exchange or refund. (※ Photo or video evidence of the unboxing/product condition is strictly required for verification.)

  • Detached Parts & Severe Damage: Components that have fallen off, separated, or significantly broken during shipping and cannot maintain their original shape.
  • Incorrect Delivery: Receiving a completely different item from the one ordered.

[Process & Shipping Fees] To request an exchange or refund, please contact us within 7 days of delivery via Email (cualeunu@gmail.com). Please include your name, contact information, order number, product name, and mandatory photo or video evidence showing the defect or damage.

  • Domestic Orders (South Korea): Once your request is approved, we will arrange for our designated courier pick-up. For bank transfers, please provide your refund account details.
  • International Orders: Upon our confirmation, customers are responsible for shipping the item back using a local postal service with a tracking number. Refunds will be automatically credited back to your original payment method.

Cualeunu will cover all shipping costs if the product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect or transit damage. Returns must include all original components (product, capsule, and box) in their original condition.

[Precautions] Returns are only accepted through our designated process after receiving guidance via DM or Email. We are not responsible for loss or damage if an unapproved carrier is used. Once a product has entered the shipping stage, any cancellation will be treated as a return, and round-trip shipping fees will apply.
